Step by step towards having a clean and beautiful facial skin

First step: Determine the type of your skin

Is there someone who doesn’t want a beautiful skin? Start it by identifying the type of your skin. Then you will know how to take care of it.

Dry skin is flaking and rough.

The oily skin is shiny and greasy with large pores.

The combined skin is dry is some parts (cheeks) and oily in other parts (forehead, on nose and chin).

Sensitized skin may have irritation, burns or itching after using cosmetics or other products.

Normal skin is even, smooth and resistant to allergies

Second step: Cleaning the skin

Cleansing normal/combination skins

Do not use every kinds of soap that is in the bath or washbowl to wash your face. You don’t have to buy luxury and expensive products. It is just needed to buy the product that is appropriate for you. Use a gentle cleanser or soap and wash your face. Do not scratch your face. Wash it by warm water and dry it slowly. If you feel dryness or greasy on the face, try another cleanser

Cleaning the dry skin

If you have a dry skin use a mild cleanser that does not have alcohol or perfume, these elements can make your skin drier. Wash your face gently by plenty of warm water. Do not use hot water because it eliminates your skin natural oil faster. Once a week, cleans your skin from extra skin cells. It makes your skin smoother and even.

Cleansing the oily skin

If your skin is oily, use oil-free cleaners to wash your face. Wash your face with plenty of warm water. After washing, you may want to use a toner or other products that help to block the pores, but be careful because it may makes your skin sensitive. These products are able to eliminate the extra oil and cause your skin to shine less and be cleaner.

Cleaning sensitive skin

If you have a sensitive skin, wash it with a mild cleanser and plenty of water. Be sure to wash your face slowly and never scratch it. Never try to use products contained alcohol, soap, acid and perfume. Instead, look for brands with mild elements such as Aloe Vera, Chamomile, Green tea, Polyphenol and Barley. The fewer ingredients in cleanser, the smoother your skin will be.

Third step: Moisturize

You may think that you are very young to use moisturizing cream or your skin is so oily. But all skins need moisture. Moisturizing creams protect your skin against dryness. It is not important what type of skin you have, use moisturizing cream every day. Put it on when your skin is wet after washing; this can help all of your face to be wet. If you have acne or oily skin, look for a mild and oil-free moisturizing cream to keep your pores against blocking.

Fourth step: Use sunscreen

Your moisturize cream may contain sunscreen, too. But using a separate sunscreen is a good idea. Sun can damage your skin after 15 minutes. It is likely to get skin cancer even if you are a young person. Look for sunscreen with protective factor of at least SPF 30 that can fight against UVA and UVB rays. Use it every day. Even it is not a sunny day or it’s cold. sun rays can reflect from water, sand and snow. Repeat sunscreen every 2 hours.

When should you wash your skin?

You can dry your skin through washing it a lot; therefore it is enough for all people to wash their skin once a day. Wash your face with   lukewarm water. Use a smooth towel to dry you skin; never scratch your face. Washing with a gentle cleanser or soap at night can help the skin to be clean from the day and makeup pollutions. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser after the class, If you exercise or play sport or if you have P.E. class. Sweat can block pores and make acne worse.
